Harassment & Discrimination

Harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual, will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Threatening, intimidating, or hostile behavior that disrupts a respectful learning environment.
  • Any form of exclusionary or discriminatory behavior in person, online, or during professional interactions.
Reporting & Accountability

We take reports of discrimination and harassment seriously. If you experience or witness behavior that contradicts our values, we encourage you to:

  • Address it directly (if safe and appropriate). Often, a conversation can resolve minor misunderstandings.

  • Expect a fair and timely response we will investigate all reports and take appropriate action. Retaliation against anyone who reports an issue is strictly prohibited.
