I am a Physical Therapist in Midlothian, Virginia with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. I have years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds with a special interest in working with barbell athletes and individuals that participate in fitness, and strength and conditioning. I am passionate about sharing knowledge with clients who want resolve whatever pain or ailment they have, as well as with those who want to better themselves and continue to challenge themselves in the gym. I believe in using a combination of evidence based practice and clinical judgement to help my clients achieve their goals and go beyond what they thought was possible!
