CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, BRM Certified Professional, and Theragun Performance Specialist at Emersion CrossFit. I teach/coach CrossFit group classes which includes weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastic skills, and cardiovascular fitness. At Emersion, I and my fellow coaches constantly pursue the best knowledge and education in order to provide the safest, most professional, effective coaching to anyone who comes to us. I also offer one on one personal training, individual skill sessions to further develop a specific movement or lift, and Theragun pre/post workout sessions to help reduce soreness for the athletes at Emersion.
