Bio: I'm Coach Becca and I do in-home and training at The Compound (South San Francisco) and The Yard (San Francisco). My specialties include pre/post natal training, Olympic style weightlifting, and senior fitness. My philosophy to training is making it fun, effective and sustainable. I have a client focused approach to help clients reach their goals, while helping them stay healthy for life. I understand that life happens outside of the weight room and my goal is to help people live their lives to the fullest by getting strong and functional in the gym!
