My mission as a trainer is to help people approach fitness in a sustainable and well-rounded way to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. Exercising should be about celebrating movement and challenging ourselves to elicit long-term growth!
I love helping people understand their strengths, within and outside of the physical realm. Working out is a mental challenge as well as a physical challenge. It is my passion to help others discover their power and drive so that they can continue to show up for themselves throughout their journey. Whether your goal is to gain strength, prepare for a sports season, improve mobility, improve general wellness, or even simply increase confidence, I am ready to be your ally!
My passion for movement stems from my background in dance. Since I was young, I have been fascinated by the strength and artistry of the human body; my curiosity is what drove me to pursue my degree in biology and future preparations to achieve my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In college, I found a love for fitness and began studying to achieve my group fitness and strength training certifications. Since then, I have gained experience teaching group fitness classes and personal training!
