Ally Wesoly, CPT

Hey everyone! My name is Ally Wesoly and I am a CPT working at the Under Armour Performance Center in Hunt Valley, Maryland. I am currently working towards the CSCS exam and love working with individuals wanting to improve their overall health or athletic performance. I was a gymnast for 20 years of my life and am passionate about helping others love their body while discovering the endless capabilities through strength training!
