Hi, my name is Albert Xiao. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I mainly coach people who focus on strength and hypertrophy training. My clientele ranges from people in their 20's to badasses in their 70's. My method of coaching revolves around strength/hypertrophy training in the barbell lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press) along with building a foundation with accessory movements through dumbbells, cables, machines, and bodyweight modalities. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years. Prior to that, I've been a collegiate competitive paddler and have competed internationally in Dragonboat at the 2018 Club Crew World Championships in Szeged, Hungary. After my paddling days, I've transitioned to a Powerbuilding style of training (Powerlifting + Bodybuilding) to maximize strength and size.
