Arlene Shi, PT, DPT, CLT

I graduated from University of South Florida with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and University of Florida for her Bachelor of Health Sciences. I am also a certified lymphedema therapist. Currently, I am in the Seattle area working with patients in various age groups and fitness levels. I enjoy working with runners and individuals who would like to incorporate strength training into their exercise routines. My therapeutic care involves manual therapy skills, activity modification, exercise progressions, and patient education to help patient reach their goals, minimize risk of injury, and optimize functional performance.
