Hey everyone! I am the owner and operator of Trident Training Systems. We are predominantly focused on Athletic Development of any level from developmental to high school, college, professional, and masters athletes. We have worked with athletes of many sports including Water Polo, Football, Baseball, Basketball, Triathletes, MMA, Track & Field, Swimming, Rugby, etc. We also focus on improved mobility and quality of life for our general population clients encouraging our clients to feel empowered by their strength and progress through training.
I was an NCAA All-American Water Polo player in college where I found my love and passion for strength and conditioning. After making a number of mistakes, a few of injuries, and generally slow progress, I decided to start studying the science of Biomechanics and learning everything I could about different methods of strength and conditioning. I was fortunate to have an incredible internship that taught me a lot about effective means of training and pointing me in the direction of great coaches to read about to improve my craft.
I follow a conjugate system inspired by Westside Barbell for strength training with speed training inspired by Joe Defranco and conditioning elements from Strongman training. Our mobility programming follows the Functional Range Conditioning model to not only improve range of motion but also our ability to control and produce force in our end ranges.
