Orientation and Instructions
Welcome to Spinal Resilience! If you are reading this, you are on the homepage of this course. Before you get started, let me orient you to how this will flow.
First, this course is organized into lessons, and lessons are further split into topics. You can start and stop this whenever you’d like. You don’t have to complete this in one sitting, and there’s no time limit either.
Downloadable Material
Second, you should have gotten the link to download the course slides, PDF handout, sample 4-week program, and research references in your email, but I’m linking them here again for your convenience:
Some like to take notes on the slides as they go through the course. You can pause the videos at your convenience to allow you to do exactly this.
About the Videos
You must watch this course in order (ex: you can’t watch Module 4 before Module 1). After finishing a topic, the “Mark Complete” button will light up green. You can click it then and it will take you to the next topic.
You must watch the video in it’s entirely in order for the “Mark Complete” to become clickable. Once you’ve completed a topic, you can always go back to re-watch it at your leisure. You are able to fast-forward and pause/resume the videos. This may come in handy if you signed up for the free sample version prior to this and want to fast-forward through the sections you already watched.
You can always click the “Resume Course” button above to pick up where you left off.
Troubleshooting Video Progression
If you have any trouble with video progressions (ex: you’re “stuck” on a specific topic and unable to progress to the next one) this is usually a browser issue. Please log out of our site, clear your browser cache/cookies, and then re-login. 99% of the time this fixes the issue. If you have any trouble after trying this, please email us at info@barbellrehab.com and we will get it sorted out for you!
I’m excited to guide you on your learning experience!
Dr. Michael Mash
