What You Will Learn

In this FREE Webinar, you will learn:
  • Blend Aerobic Conditioning and Strength Training

Incorporate Zone 2 cardio to improve recovery, blood flow, and overall aerobic base. Prioritize strength training for progressive overload and muscular development. Combine both modalities to enhance endurance and power concurrently.

  • Choose the Right Training Split

Align training splits with client goals, schedules, and recovery capacity. Full-body routines for the large majority of clients to maximize efficiency without needing to spend hours in the gym Prioritize movement patterns over body parts to ensure functional balance.

  • Leverage Systems for Programming Efficiency

Use repeatable frameworks (e.g., conditioning, strength, or balanced splits) tailored to client needs. Organize templates for various client types to streamline the writing process. Build in progressions and regressions for scalability and adaptability. Ensure programs are periodized to align with long-term goals and avoid plateaus.

  • Why These Strategies Work

By addressing both energy systems and structural adaptations, you create well-rounded programs that deliver results. Efficient systems save you time, enabling you to focus on client engagement and individualized adjustments. Consistent progress through periodized plans keeps clients motivated, leading to higher retention rates.
