Hey! My name is Todd Zachary. I'm a Doctor of Physical therapy and a strength and conditioning coach. I'm an avid and life long lifter. I've been in the position where I was injured and advised never to touch a barbell again. I overcame those barriers and still enjoy lifting heavy today. I empower athletes to meet their goals in the gym, on the track, or on the field. I also enjoy helping novice lifters gain the confidence to pick up a barbell.
