Certified Personal Trainer and now certified as Barbell Rehab Coach in Polson, Montana! I work for the CSKT Tribal Health Fitness Center in Elmo, Montana and have been in the gym industry for 20 years! I have a lot of knowledge with strength training and athletic training. My goal is to work with our youth to condition them for their sports in hope to get them scholarships to go to college and further their education through the love of their sport!
