My name is Sara Gartland, and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Better Days Physical Therapy and Wellness in Traverse City, MI. I work with individuals looking to continue to be active throughout life. This includes novice gym goers, middle school and high school athletes, and recreational athletes (pickle ballers, golfers, etc), along with those dealing with post-op injuries.
