Doctor of Physical Therapy. I am passionate about working with athletes, barbell athletes, runners, overhead athletes, cyclists, and weekend warriors to reach their greatest potential whether that be through rehabilitation or their overall wellbeing and health. I am a lifelong learner. In my spare time you can find me spending time with my family, hanging out at the beach, or on a bike ride. I currently travel to clients' homes, gym, or place of business, in and around Sussex County Delaware, to provide individualized physical therapy, fitness, dry needling and/or bike fitting services to help each client reach their specific goals.
