Rinda Eastman, Certified Personal Trainer, Running Coach, BRM. I have over 10 years of experience in personal training, group fitness and run coaching. I work with athletes and everyday individuals of all ages, helping them move better, get stronger and feel stronger in their bodies. With my new Barbell Rehab Method certification, I blend smart strength work with safe progressions for anyone coming back from injuries, everyday aches and pains or long breaks. I train, teach and coach at Club Dauntless, where I'm known for my fun energy, clear coaching style, and steady support for every client who walks through the doors of Club Dauntless.
