I’m a trainer and coach with a passion for helping others build a sustainable lifestyle of health and wellness. As a former pro-qualified fitness competitor with six first-place medals, I’ve experienced the highs of the sport—but my true focus is on creating long-term health rather than short-term achievements.
Before stepping onto the stage, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Determined to avoid medication, I committed to changing my nutrition, ultimately losing 40 pounds. This transformation ignited a love for strength training, which I began incorporating twice a week while raising three small children. Strength training not only reshaped my body but also brought me mental and emotional clarity and resilience.
In 2017, I launched a small health and wellness business to help others improve their health through nutrition. Two years later, I became certified through the Fitness Trainer Academy, equipping me to train clients one-on-one and teach group fitness classes.
Health and wellness look different for everyone, and I believe in partnering with my clients to develop personalized strategies that align with their goals and lifestyles. With my new certification in the Barbell Rehab Method, I’m excited to help clients perform the exercises they love—free of pain—so they can continue pursuing their fitness journeys with confidence and strength.
