Naomi Rose is the independent owner and operator of American Patriots Gym in Timberlake, NC. Naomi holds ISSA certifications in personal training, fitness and nutritional coaching, and most recently became Barbell Rehab certified. Her gym caters to a wide variety of clients from college athletes and novice gym goers all the way to the most experienced power lifters. She is passionate about accessible strength training at any age - from 8 to 80. Naomi is especially motivated by her women gym members who may have found the gym environment intimidating. By forming strong personal training relationships, she is able to coach these women to their personal health and strength goals.
