Movement 4 Wellness is a private-pay/cash-based physical therapy practice born out of the need for an alternative approach to the traditional healthcare system. We understand that insurance approvals, visit limits, extensive documentation, and shared appointments can get in the way of a successful recovery. We also recognize that there are other issues such as lack of information, resource availability, and language barriers. The traditional insurance-based healthcare model can over-utilize passive treatments, recommend surgical procedures too soon, or resort to medications and pain management shots to mask symptoms. While medications and surgery can help with a problem, they can also bring a host of other complications. At M4W, we believe in utilizing the power of movement and exercise first, reserving the more invasive methods for when truly necessary. Our approach to physical therapy emphasizes active, well-rounded interventions and client education to relieve pain, prevent re-injury and optimize physical performance.

Because M4W LLC is a private pay practice, we do not accept health insurance. You would pay for therapy at the time of service, knowing exactly what is included in the cost and that there will be no surprise bills later on. If you would like to personally file for reimbursement from your insurance company, we will be happy to provide you the appropriate paperwork. However, with no insurance dictating your plan of care or the amount of visits that you need, we can focus our treatment sessions on what’s really important - you!
