I love the challenge of a puzzle and complex rehab cases and find interest in all aspects of rehab, from addressing deficits across the musculoskeletal system to include neurological, strength, endurance, performance, etc. My physical therapy and rehab career have taken me across the United States, ranging from the East Coast to Alaska. I have found a passion working with tactical athletes, weekend warriors, collegiate/high school/pee-wee athletes and all those in between. When not in clinic, you can find me hiking with my dogs, or on some other outdoor adventure. I work with athletes/active individuals in both Chapel Hill, NC ; Sanford, NC (and surrounding areas).
