Meghan Sak-Ocbina, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, BRM

Meghan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the owner of Impetus Movement and Rehab, PLLC. She loves to work with individuals invested in their health through exercise, and works with clients both in the rehabilitative and performance capacity, in-person and online. Meghan is particularly passionate about working with physique and barbell athletes as well as women before, during, and after pregnancy. She has been coaching for over 10 years, truly believes that movement is medicine, and loves to problem-solve and empower others! When she's not at the gym herself, she is cooking, traveling, or loving on her Golden Retriever, Griffey.
