What's up, I'm Kendall! I'm an online fitness and nutrition coach based in West Palm Beach, Florida. I help career-driven women lose the fat for good and get strong without giving up their favorite foods or spending hours in the gym.
A little about me - I was born and raised in Kerrville, Texas. I played 4 years of collegiate basketball at Schreiner University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. You can find me either on a paddle board, at the local CrossFit gym, or hanging out with my dog.
