Johnathan Cacciapuoti, founder of Cacch Fitness, is a certified personal trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), and Barbell Rehab Certified Professional currently pursuing his B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning. With over four years of experience in both rehabilitation and performance coaching, Johnathan has made it his mission to bridge the gap between recovery and peak athletic potential.
