My name is John, I am a Certified Personal Trainer currently with Goodlife Fitness. I mainly work with older individuals who mainly need strength increases for their daily life, as well individuals who need help with old injuries and pain. I myself am a Powerlifter who trains my clients in various barbell lifts (when appropriate). My main goal is to get people to their goals, while building up their overall strength as much as possible along the way, as I find this helps improve their overall quality of life. I am also a big believer in working with clients’ other health professionals to find the best solutions for the individual, no matter what the situation is.
