I am the Fitness Center Coordinator at Western Wisconsin Health, we are connected to hospital but open to the community as well. I enjoy working with people that want to work hard to make themselves better. The age doesn't matter. I enjoy seeing progress. My clientele is a majority of older people and beginner to intermediate lifters, but it is fun to see them advance.
