Certified Personal Trainer. Athletes, general population, rehabilitation clients. In addition to being a CPT I have a Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical education, I am certified kinesiologist, certified coach with the coaching association of Canada, a certified yoga instructor, etc. I have trained all my life in elite level sports, especially throughout my time in university, during that time I had picked up quite a few injuries and am well adept in rehabilitation as well as injury prevention. No matter what degree you need help, whether it is becoming faster, stronger, or just wanting to be healthier, I will be the one to get you where you need to be.
