My focus has been alignment and posture correction to enhance any daily activities or sports performance goals. Grounding your feet in order to utilize the entire kinetic chain to drive efficient movement and generate power for your tasks at hand. Breath work, mobility work and fine tuning motor patterns is where I excel. I love to apply this method to lifting heavy weights and swimming faster, jumping higher and recovering from any injury more completely.
