I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has an extensive background in the fitness world. I have been strength training for 13+ years myself, I have worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor prior to becoming a PT, and I am also a competitive powerlifter. I have a passion for working with barbell athletes, or anyone who simply wants to build strength & get back to full function. I work at Peak Physical Therapy in Braintree, MA where we have recently added a barbell/rack & turf for better accommodation of our athletic population.
