Aida Escriva-Sammer (Uplift Barbell) NSCA-CPT

Hi! I'm Aida and I own Uplift Barbell, a powerlifting gym in San Francisco. My clients range from people who have never touched a barbell, those looking to get on the platform for the first time, and lifters competing at national level events. I strive to have a non-intimidating space and love helping people find their way in the gym. Strength is for everyone and every body!

Bio: Aida has been a competitive powerlifter since 2016 and is the current USPA state record holder in her class for squat, bench, and deadlift. Her favorite lift is bench and her current goal is training for her old lady body.
