Hi, I’m Sophia, and I’ll be your instructor for this masterclass. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2015 and completed an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Orthopedics. Since then, I’ve focused on strength training, pelvic health, and performance, helping clinicians and coaches bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high-level strength training.
One of the biggest challenges professionals face is knowing how to organize exercises into effective programs that actually drive long-term progress. In this webinar, I’ll break down the foundational principles of strength training program design and show you how to structure training variables, apply progressions and regressions, and build programs that evolve with your client’s performance and recovery.
