Hi, I'm Yeniz Parton, the Owner and Founder of I-F.I.T. Fayetteville. I’m from Colombia, and I have been a personal trainer and a fitness coach since 2003. I’m super passionate about fitness. I love to challenge myself and I love to compete. Over the years, while training individuals of various fitness levels, I've observed the significant role that pain plays in causing people to halt or lose motivation on their fitness journeys. The mantras "Motion is lotion" and "Use it or lose it" resonate with me deeply. My ultimate objective is to create a secure and supportive environment for all my clients, enabling them to continuously move forward and enhance their health and longevity through a comprehensive and balanced fitness program.
