Hi, I'm Stefan Weiss, a Physical Therapist Assistant at Altitude Physical Therapy in Caldwell, Idaho. As a Barbell Rehab Certified clinician and lifelong strength athlete with over 10 years of lifting experience, I'm passionate about helping people safely return to weightlifting after injury. I work with patients of all ages and activity levels, from competitive athletes to recreational lifters and older adults, using evidence-based rehabilitation and individualized training modifications to keep them moving throughout the recovery process. My goal is to help you reduce pain, rebuild confidence, and get back to lifting—and the activities you enjoy—safely and efficiently.
