I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach / Online Powerlifting Coach who trains both sports athletes and competitive powerlifters. I train athletes ranging from middle school through college at C4 Explosive Sports Training located in Manassas, Virginia.

I also am a remote/virtual coach for competitive drug-free powerlifters of all backgrounds through my company, Absolute Strength & Performance. At ASP, we believe in creating structured, planned, and intentional training protocols to meet the needs of each individual athlete. While I primarily work with powerlifters within the Northern Virginia area, I cater to powerlifters in any state who is in need of structured programming and coaching. For in-person powerlifting assessments I conduct them at Unleash'd Strength Gym, located in Manassas Park, VA.
