Sarah "StrongBow" Bow, MSc., IFBB

HI, I'm Sarah! I am an IFBB Pro Bodybuilding athlete (Women's Physique Division) and I've been a trainer/coach for over 12 years. I enjoy working with clients one on one and in a group setting. My specialty is educating people on learning biomechanics and what strong, efficient and pain free movement feels like.
My formal education is in Medical Microbiology, but I have followed up my graduate studies with multiple certifications in strength and conditioning (Pre-Script, DTS, CSCS), Olympic weightlifting (Eleiko), fascial stretch therapy (FST, FMT) and physique athlete competition preparation.
