Hi there! My name is Rebecca Johnson and I am a Certified Personal Trainer at the Hastings Family YMCA. Helping people move better, gain strength, increase endurance and improve mobility is a passion of mine. I know from personal experience what it’s like to have mobility challenges. My focus is guiding my clients to realize they can improve their function and fitness to make their activities of daily living easier.
