As a former collegiate athlete I've always been passionate about fitness and seven years ago I turned that passion into a profession. Throughout my career I've been able to improve the health and fitness of hundreds of clients ages 8-80 with a wide range of fitness backgrounds and challenges to overcome. I am the co-owner of Kansas Built Fitness, a personal training studio designed specifically for providing the best training for each individual client. In addition to being a CPT I am also certified as a corrective exercise specialist, performance enhancement specialist, Parkinson's specialist and now a Barbell Rehab professional.
