I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy currently working full time in a geriatric outpatient setting and part time in an outpatient/mobile cash based practice for young and middle aged adults looking to start a fitness journey post surgery, post injury or post sedentary living. In addition to this current certification in Barbell Rehab Method, I am certified in Graston Technique, Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, vestibular rehabilitation, early intervention and neuro developmental treatment.
