I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in strength training for people with Parkinson's, as well as their rehab needs. I started Next Level Movement Physical Therapy and Wellness (a mobile outpatient physical therapy practice) in Lexington, KY in 2021 to better serve this population. Since then, I have embraced a hybrid model -- offering mobile, clinic, and virtual options for both physical therapy and ongoing strength/wellness. Movement and particularly strength are some of the most powerful medicines I know, and this population desperately needs both.
