Hi! My name is John Koterba and I am excited to introduce myself and MovementRx!
MovementRx is personal training focused on improving your fitness and meeting your performance goals while staying pain-free. We do this by utilizing functional movement training and emphasizing exercises that simulate the movement patterns we use daily.
That's a lot of dense information, let's break it down a little and introduce more about myself.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), basketball enthusiast, powerlifter, and casual CrossFit athlete. I have competed in CrossFit-style competitions, competitive men's leagues, Division 1 scrimage team, and local running events. I also work full time as a Rehab Assistant in a sports rehab clinic, Cleveland Performance Chiropractic. I have never been the fastest or strongest athlete, but I have found success in a prepared, wholistic approach that is informed by science. In addition to personal training,
