I graduated from Stockton University in NJ in 2012 with a B.S. in Public Health Education. I currently work as a CrossFit Level 2 Coach in Fayetteville, NC. I have several years of experience in CrossFit coaching and nutrition counseling. Prior to working in the gym, I was an ambassador for a non-profit fitness group for military spouses. During that time, I received my personal trainer certification. Since then, I have obtained my Precision Nutrition Level 1, US Weightlifting Level 1, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Specialist, Barbell Rehab Method, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist certifications. I have experience in everything from, rehabbing newly postpartum moms to training members of the U.S. Army's Special Operations community.
