Hello! My name is Helen and I am a strength coach based in Yelm, Washington as well as online. I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Barbell Rehab Method coach. I work with people who are looking to get strong and gain confidence in the gym. My passion is teaching others how to find a form of exercise that brings them joy so that they can build a sustainable lifestyle! I work with my clients either in-person in the Kensington area as well as fully online through zoom and remote coaching platforms!
