Description

Clinical Exercise Physiologist, prefers to work with chronic pain individuals or adapted needs individuals out of acute rehab but not ready for normal training. I'm a clinical exercise physiologist with multiple degrees in exercise physiology, psychology, and nutrition, as well as a minor in neuroscience. My graduate programs are in clinical exercise physiology and bioengineering. After spending years being a personal trainer, I transitioned to exercise physiology after my degree and worked in cardiac rehab as well as spent time working in athletic training and physical therapy clinics under licensed clinicians. I transitioned to focusing on individuals with chronic medical conditions such as metabolic, cardiopulmonary, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders. Through my experience as an athlete, clinician, and strength and conditioning coach I developed a specialty for working with individuals with chronic pain and athletes that are trying to return to sport after chronic conditions.
