I am an Independent Personal Trainer, Certified by NASM, I specialize in Corrective Exercise, Exercise for Parkinson's and Barbell Rehab Method. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, from Youth to Seniors with resistance training. Exercise is for everyone, and if I can be the one to introduce it to an individual in their life and positively impact them through that, then it really is an honor and a dream come true. I mainly train 1 on 1 in a facility called TR Fitness in Lawrence County Missouri and I also do online workouts. Married, a father and fitness enthusiast, I would be happy to help!
