Caitlin is Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. In addition to being a Barbell Rehab Method Certified Professional, Caitlin is also BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, and Les Mills Core Instructor and GRIT Coach. Caitlin is also certified in Cycle, TRX, and the LYT Yoga Method (YTT 200 Hour). She holds American Council on Exercise certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Health Coaching. She became certified in 2014 and is now an Advanced Instructor in several of her formats. In addition to her classes, Caitlin enjoys Powerlifting, Metabolic Conditioning, HIIT, core conditioning, yoga, swimming, boxing, Les Mills classes, outdoor cycling, jogging, rowing, and mobility training. Within personal training, Caitlin specializes in strength training programming, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, functional fitness, mobility, and core conditioning. As an instructor and trainer, Caitlin loves seeing the progress her students and clients make towards their goals and loves educating and empowering the community on the importance of inclusive & accessible fitness, public health, and the benefits of exercise and wellness!
