Brent L. Spaulding, MS, CPT, CSCS, USAW-1, BRM
I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with experience supporting athletes, tactical populations, and the general fitness community. As a former Division III football student-athlete at Buffalo State and a retired law enforcement professional, I value the balance between competitive excellence, personal development, and leadership, and I bring that unique perspective into every training environment.
I currently work within a fully equipped collegiate recreation facility, where I design and deliver evidence-based training programs focused on strength development, injury risk reduction, movement quality, and long-term athletic and personal development. My coaching approach emphasizes sound biomechanics, progressive overload, and individualized programming tailored to the client, training age, and physical limitations. I have experience working with novice and experienced trainees alike, including older adults and individuals with orthopedic considerations, and I am particularly attentive to posture, joint health, and movement efficiency.
I am committed to fostering a positive, disciplined training culture built on education, accountability, and consistency. I believe effective strength and conditioning extends beyond the weight room, supporting resilience, confidence, and success both on and off the field.
