Occupational Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. I live in Tampa, work in St. Petersburg, and split my time up between PRN OT work at an inpatient rehab hospital and coaching at a personal training gym. I just started training at the end of last year (2022). I currently coach strength training classes at the gym and have a small 1-on-1 client base, as I am in the very early stages of my personal training business. I love working with older adults and am very excited to have more confidence in coaching and modifying these barbell lifts.
