Doctor of Physical Therapy and clinic owner of Therapeutic Associates Queen Anne. I have over a decade of advanced spine and orthopedic training, including fellowship training, and my Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am also a pelvic health specialist and am passionate about keeping pregnant and postpartum individuals as active as possible. My athletic specialty is with runners, cyclists, multisport athletes/triathletes, and weight lifters.
