Alexis Skalberg, OTD, OTR/L, CSCS, BRM

I am a doctor of occupational therapy, currently working in neuro inpatient rehab at BSWIR in Frisco, TX. I am also a competitive powerlifter and I coach beginner powerlifting as well as general fitness with a focus on adaptive lifting and older adult populations, building muscle and bone density for quality of life! I completed my doctoral capstone on compound resistance training in adults over age 65 and would love to connect for anything in that area. I am a firm believer that the barbell is for everyone!
