I work with active duty patients with a variety of neuromusculoskeletal diagnoses. A lot of the treatment ultimately revolves around strength training to get these soldiers physically ready to execute their respective mission.

I am from New York originally and graduated with my bachelors and doctorate from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. I played rugby for Sacred Heart for 4 years.

I love working with anyone who wants to get better and is willing to put the work in. I am available for private physical therapy or strength coaching!
