Hello Active People! My name is Dr. Sherman Roberts, Jr. of One More Go Physical Therapy & Wellness. OMG is a holistic physical therapy and wellness practice addressing painful presentations in our athletes with a strong focus on strength training and quality movement. As a former (and still current) athlete and a physical therapist for over a decade, I know what it feels like to be sidelined. Our goal is to return you back to your sport/active lifestyle in 6 sessions or less, without the use of pain meds, injections, or that bad word, surgery!
